Spirituality | Don’t Over Complicate Spirituality

Don’t Over Complicate Spirituality With a major shift that has recently taken place in our reality and the universe, many people are initiated to question many areas of their lives. Everybody living on planet earth now more than ever, want more of life but in a process that is much easier and more aligned to their true self. Spirituality is knowing the truth of self and walking and operating from a force so big and powerful, it is beyond what meets the human eye. It is comforting to know that more and more people are waking up, and are willing to take the first few steps towards knowing self. Because when everyone individually realises and takes the initiative to know self, that is when major developments can happen and therefore our collective consciousness can rise in peace, unity and love. ARE YOUR PICTURES HONEST? Thought and Written by Yamini Rao Kuppili

When you don't feel like taking a picture
of yourself faking emotions,
take a photo of your socks. Because there is
nothing deceiving about socks!
Taking pictures is something that is very dear to my heart as it’s initiated to many of my memories. I don’t know if you are like me but, every photo that I take showcases my real emotion at that current time. The many people that I have known, try to re-enact a fake emotion whilst their photo is taken. To me, I honestly feel that it’s absolutely evident whether the subject’s emotions are natural or fake. I think the necessity of posting consistently in our social medias tends to aggravate this dishonesty in photos. Validation of the many people you are following or your followers have become so essential that the faking of emotions in pictures are taking place ever so frequently. So a person thinks to themselves, why can't I just fake an emotion to keep me in this notion of getting the likes. All I want to say is that, pictures are special and it’s especially used for stilling a wonderful moment in your life. If you don’t feel like taking a photo of yourself, don’t because posting on your social medias daily isn’t a law. When you scroll through your feed on any of your social
medias and see photos that your friends have taken with aesthetic surroundings and feeling ever so happy. Appreciate those photos, never feel that urge to immediately take your camera out and take a snap. Because you never know, your friends could be going through so much and that shot could have the most deceiving emotions. It’s time that we do things right and really continue the real definition of taking a photo. Take a photo for yourself, not for the validation of others.
