Spirituality | Don’t Over Complicate Spirituality

Don’t Over Complicate Spirituality With a major shift that has recently taken place in our reality and the universe, many people are initiated to question many areas of their lives. Everybody living on planet earth now more than ever, want more of life but in a process that is much easier and more aligned to their true self. Spirituality is knowing the truth of self and walking and operating from a force so big and powerful, it is beyond what meets the human eye. It is comforting to know that more and more people are waking up, and are willing to take the first few steps towards knowing self. Because when everyone individually realises and takes the initiative to know self, that is when major developments can happen and therefore our collective consciousness can rise in peace, unity and love. DO YOU UNDERSTAND THIS ANALOGY? Written and Thought by Yamini Rao Kuppili

Depression is a deadly and a very eerie mental disease.
I say deadly and eerie, because its an illness that is within and is not evident.
When a human being suffers any sort of illness its mostly visible  and easily curable with medical orders and operations.
Depression is a type of a mental illness that is taken as a regular and normal thing in society.
In some countries it is taken as a joke and its labelled as " it happens to everyone" and some people use "having depression" in their everyday instances regarding their work load. They use phrases like "I am extremely depressed today, there is just too much work to do". The question is do they actually know what depression is? And what goes through a depression patient??

Just imagine a room with a tropical interior with various bright colors and all the necessities required. The person, to who this room belongs to observes above them a dark shadow that is slowly approaching their tropical room. This person runs around crazily to ask people around why this is happening, trying their best to the save their bright room. Whoever is approached to help save that room, increases the rate of that dark shadow and it slowly invades the whole room. Until finally that tropical room turns rapidly to a dark room with all the necessities vanished. The only thing that lays is the person and a dark room.

Try and take the time to understand this analogy..............
